Supporting Sites

Hello there! Why can't I see all the sites that the poker tracker supports? For example I can't find the Betfair site in the pokertracker. Is there a way that I can find and use these sites? note: when I use the button "show hidden sites", nothing appears.

Betfair is now part of the OnGame network so you will need to configure it there.

What version of PT3 are you using? If it's an old version you will not see the sites added more recently in which case you will need to update.

If you're using a Mac you will only see sites which have native Mac clients listed in the Auto Import tab.

Actually I'm a Mac user! I managed to import the hands from "Betfair" via "OnGame Network", but the HUD is not working when I play on this site! Is these anything else I should do?

The HUD does not work for OnGame on Mac due to a bug in the OnGame software. When they fix this bug so that we can retrieve their table windows the HUD will work but until that point there is nothing we can do about it.

If you use the Instant Play version that runs in a web browser the HUD will work. Use Safari for best results.
