Problems With HUD ongame

Having problems with my Hud running when im playing on ongame it will appear than disappear, also it is missing hands to import and giving me wrong details with my winnings in PT3.

ok ill read up, just for example:

OnGame - $10 NL (2 max) - Holdem - 2 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 3

SB: $584.45
Hero (BB): $1,149.00

SB posts SB $5.00, Hero posts BB $10.00

Pre Flop: ($15.00) Hero has K:diamond: K:heart:

SB raises to $20.00, Hero raises to $70.00, SB raises to $584.45 and is all-in, Hero calls $514.45

Flop: ($1168.90, 2 players) 4:spade: 7:diamond: J:diamond:

Turn: ($1168.90, 2 players) 8:spade:

River: ($1168.90, 2 players) K:spade:

SB shows 9:club: A:club: (High Card, Ace) (PreFlop 32%, Flop 13%, Turn 16%)
Hero shows K:diamond: K:heart: (Three of a Kind, Kings) (PreFlop 68%, Flop 87%, Turn 84%)
Hero wins $0.00


Its saying i lost $584.45 when should be saying i won that amount?
