Thanks for your answer, but the instructions that apply generally to the Yatahay network don't seem to apply to Doyle's Room. For example, the Yatahay Configuration Guide you referred me to instructs users to click on Options -> Preferemces in the Yatahay Network lobby. However, in the Doyle's Room lobby, there is no Options tab that can be clicked. Please ask someone to check on this. TIA.
Hmm - it looks like the layout of the lobby may have changed a bit. I don't have a Doyle's Room account, but in my Yatahay client I can set the hand history folder by clicking Game Info > View Hand History, and then clicking Options.
I think that hand histories are saved by default, so if you play a few hands and click Auto Detect in PT3 > Auto Import > Yatahay Configuration it should find the correct path for you.
Thanks for your response, but I followed your advice and PT3 is still not able to detect any hands. Perhaps one of your colleagues with a Doyle's Room account could look into this?
Is PT3 configured to import from the correct folder in Auto Import > Yatahay Configuration? Are the hand history files being written to that folder as you play?
If so, please check the FAQ: Importing to PT3 before you enable logging and restart PT3 then play a few hands and attach the PokerTracker.log file to a Support ticket along with the hand history file.
I was able to locate where my hand history was being saved. I then changed the Hand History Directories address under Directory Configuration on PT3 to the current location, because the address selected by PT3 with the Auto Detect function was incorrect. PT3 still couldn't read my hand history. I then tried to manually import my hands. PT3 imported my files, however, I got a message saying it was an unrecognized file format. Any ideas?
Please compress and attach a few of the hand history files to a Support ticket so that we can investigate. Include a link to this thread as a reference. Thanks.
Please follow the directions in this thread - I'm not aware of a general issue with Doyles Room. If you end up with an unrecognized file format please send us the files as suggested so that we can see what is wrong with them.
