No hands from DB in HUD

HUD shows stats only for current session and doesn't include hands from DB. What is the problem?

Do you have the HUD configured to read from that database? You can see where the HUD is configured to read from on the Configure --> Configure HUD --> Hud Options tab.

Yes. HUD reads data from correct DB. Also I checked Player Ranges and turn off Stats From Current Cash Limit Only. Disabled 'User Account Control' (UAC). I just installed Windows 7 x64, Postgresql 9.0 and Poker Tracker 3.10. Imported hands, updated cache. Also HUD in replayer works fine.

Are you just looking at your own stats? Your own stats only display for this session in the HUD by design - this allows you to see how others may view your play at the current table - it's your opponents' stats that will display lifetime data.

No,I am not looking just for my own stats. HUD shows stats for every player in my table, but these stats only from current session. I tried to wait longer but useless. Also I try "Stats from the last 10000 hands" ( not 0 as before), disable cache and HUD works properly.

Are you displaying anything other than the default HUD on the table?

No, I display only default hud. But my database includes a lot of additional columns for my custom stats. But there are no any custom stat in default HUD profile that i am trying to display.

I created a lot of new columns. It worked fine in replayer HUD, didn't work at the tables.Also there was an error during housekeeping. Then I made a backup,reinstalltion of my PokerTracker, but haven't done a restore yet. So now I am trying HUD at default options. No error in housekeeping now, but HUD still doesn't show hands from DB at the tables. Also I've done a Support Ticket #107745 with log files attached.

Try running Database > Housekeeping with the ReIndex and Rebuild Cache options ticked in addition to the defaults - if that doesn't help then report your problem so that we can see your logs.
