Ongame HUD

Hi,

I have started using PT3 with Betfair and I am experiencing one problem with my HUD. It works fine except that it continously comes to the front of my screen. So if I put a web page up on my screen the HUD appears on top of the webpage, rather than remaining in the background with the table. Hope this makes sense and wondered why it is doing this.

This is intentional behavior - OnGame changed their software a few months ago, and the choice is either the functionality you experience, or OnGame crashing when closing tables with auto import running. Should you prefer the latter behavior, uncheck Always On Top on the OnGame Configuration tab and the stats won't always appear on top - but you may experience some crashing.

I have a problem with the hud on bwin.
Sometimes it totaly collapses !
To make it display again i have to restart poker tracker
I think the probleme occurs when i play on another room at the same time.
Is there a fix ?

If you uncheck "Always On Top" the HUD should continue to work properly but closing the table will cause crashes. Unfortunately there is no workaround for this issue at this point in time.

Thanks for the help but
when i uncheck "always on the top" the bwin client crashes without any specific action.
I think i 'm gonna wait for a fix, it's too anoying for me (it made me on tilt yesterday !)

This affects all Windows OnGame clients, and there is not currently a workaround available at this point in time.

My HUD suddenly starts crushing and I dont know the reason.
It all worked fine so far.
I had to format c:, I've imported hands and rebuilded cache.

Now when I start pokerclient and HUD, I get message "Pokertracker has stopped working... "close"" and when I press close only HUD stops working?

what to do?

Please restart PT3 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start menu, reproduce and report this problem and we'll investigate further for you.

OnGame have released a new version of their software since this thread was started and it should now work OK (although I understand that at least some of the French OnGame skins have not updated yet).

If you're still having problems please report your problem so that we can investigate.
