Hud only comes up for tournaments, and randomly in cash.

My HUD always pops up for tournaments, but has only popped up like once or twice in the last 3 months for cash games. I play on FTP 6-max only, full ringed for tournaments, obviously. I have tryed to configure it a couple different ways..and it still isnt coming up..I dont know what to do..

PT3 or PAH/PT2?

I'll assumen PAH, since it's in this section..
Do you see the tables in the main PAH window?
Are the hands importing correctly into PT2?

Its PT3 I wrote it in this sectoin because I assumed this was the PT3 hud area..Sorry if it needs to be posted somewhere else..let me know..Its PT3 on full tilt poker, hud only comes up for tournaments and its came up like 3 or 4 times for cash games..I havent really touched anything since first downloading it..

What version of PT3 are you using?
Are the hands importing OK for cash games?

v3.00 build 2, hands are importing fine..hud just isnt working for cash games..only for tournaments..

Please try Beta 16 - this has several fixes since Build 2.

I get this error when trying to dl that..


Error opening file for writing:
C:/Program Files/PokerTracker3/Pokertracker.exe

Click Abort to stop the Installation
Rerty to try agian, or
Ignore to skip this file

After hitting ignore, it finished..and when i went to reopen PT3 it said it needed updated..once that finished..it now says..

"The update process is complete. You should cluster, vacuum and analyze any databases that are actively used as soon as possible"

Edit : After i hit ok for this another warning comes up..saying

"The active database does not contain a populated cache. [enter] Updating the cache will result in the Hud operating much faster and smoother. [enter] Please go to the database housekeeping to update the cache."


If you could help me out in how to do this id appreciate it..thanks for the help so far..

Edit: Reopened poker tracker3 and hud is running..without doing any of the above..but where i want to see my 3bet % of players and other stats I manually trying to add in..it says text when i added them into the add box..it is just showing up as "/ / /"

Before installing you need to stop PT3 so that it can be updated.
If you still get this message after stopping it, you will need to open Task Manager (ctrl-alt-del) and on the Processes tab find pokertracker.exe and End it.
Then run the installer.

K everything dl fine..Now the problem with my hud is seeing the "///" at the end where the 3bet stat, fold to 3bet, 4bet stat i want to see is suppose to be..
