Come on people, i m sure they are working on it, so take it easy. Its not like they did something wrong. ONGAME is actually not so good piece of software, give so little and take so much memory and i m sure that merging PT with ONGAME was big trouble but this guys did it.

And i m sure that they will find fix for this, since they find fix for everything, give them time and dont talk shit.

Previous comment is interesting, you seem very confident they will fix it when, if you bothered to read this thread, they say the are not very confident of fixing it and there is a possibility that they will not fix it.

The point that was made was, in the event of it not being fixed, then PokerTracker need to remove anything indicating their software works with onGame as it does not (seems fair to me) and compensate people who have bought the software for this purpose (again seems fair to me).

In the event of it being fixed then everyone is happy. The only point that was made was about what should happen if it was not fixed after getting an indication from PokerTracker that is would not be. You seem to have a level of confidence not shared by the PokerTracker staff.

The PT and Ongame can not find a common solution? Ongame not a partner in this?

We are working on it. It is not yet clear what is actually causing a problem.

While downgrading Flash may make things more stable, they should not have any bearing on PT3 and OnGame crashing - we do not use Flash in any capacity in our software.

I'm using the Betsson Ongame skin and experience the same problem. Hud works fine for one table but all tables freeze when multitabling. Due to this, Betsson poker has been a virtual desert lately, hence it should be of interest for them to contact PT and HM staff to sort this out as quickly as possible.

Any update? Did you find the root of the problem?

Thank you for your e-mail.

Please note that we had a new client release yesterday that supports Flash player version 10.1. The freezing problem seems to be that the 3rd party software, possibly PokerTracker in this case, currently does not support this newer version of Flash.

Furthermore, as PokerTracker (or other 3rd party software) is not owned and supported by Ongame Network, you will be required to contact the 3rd party software for further assistance in this matter.

So keep up working PockerTracker crew, I enjoy PokerTracker, I hope u will get it working as soon as possible.
Yours sincerely
Johan

I don't know why they are mentioning Flash - I have now removed Flash and Air from my system completely and their software still works (although it still freezes when I close a table) so it doesn't look like they use Flash.

One of our developers has been testing too, and has made a version of PT3 where the HUD doesn't attach itself to their table windows and the OnGame software still freezes.

Ongame should definitely also feel responsible.

First of all, it's because of one of their updates the conflict has started. I haven't updated PT for months, so I'm sure about this.
Second, many of their customers use PT, so they loose money if PT and Ongame is conflicting. This alone is reason enough why a company should take responsibilty and take action.

It's interesting though, when contacting Ongame support (in this case Betsafe support) they won't take responsibility for anything and just say: "Contact PT support" ...

Well, the downgrade of Flash at least worked for me. Before the downgrade I couldn´t multitable at all since the software would freeze all the time. After the downgrade it only freezes when I close a table and if I turn off the HUD before closing, it doesn't freeze at all. So even if it isn't a solution at least I can still play.

So even if it isn't totally because of Flash, at least the new version of Flash makes it a lot worse.
