I really would like to get the code... I mean... I payed for it already and Im still forced to play without PT3 today.... : (

I paid via PayPal 5 minutes ago, what's the next step to do to get the serial number. This is not to documented on the website, or maybe I'm looking under the wrong section

I realized that I've paid via paypal using a different email than the one that i used to register on PT.
Who do I have to contact to give the paypal receipt to get the serial number ?

There has apparently been a backlog on the mail server, so please be patient waiting for emails. I also believe that some orders are having to be processed manually.
If you used different details to purchase and you want to make sure they get linked up, create a ticket on the Support system.
