Errors importing

I have around 5100 tourneys that have been processed multiple times since I started saving them from PT2 and it all worked fine with previous betas but now when I import all of them. It comes across as 4000 duplicates and only imports the other 1100 although I know they are different tourneys and the folder that I store them in confirms that there are over 5k files in there.

Any thoughts?

oops just realized I posted this in general, please move.

Also one more thing to add, I have no filters at all running at the moment and I still get the error. Right now I am just trying to get my stats from this month, but when I manually try and import the HH from this month it claims they are duplicates and already in the database but then when I put the since 5/1/08 filter on, it says I have played 0 tournaments.
