PokerTracker

I need help from you...
I just bought Poker Tracker 3. So I can have Poket Tracker 2 and Poker Ace Hud for free.

But I don't understand how to proceed....

Can you help me please? Poker tracker 2 is asking me for My Name and the Key.... I don't have them, I only have the PT3 key...

In PT2, if you go to Help -> About PokerTracker, you will have your Product ID listed. That's needed for your PT2 registration code to be generated.

Well, I tried PT2 for 30 days and now when I start it, it shows this message :
"Your trial version of Poker Tracker HOLD'EM has expired. If you believe this message is in error, please contact [email protected]. If you would like to purchase the program, please go to http://www.pokertracker.com and click on the 'Want to Buy' link near the top left corner of the page.
Thank you."


And the only thing I can click on is OK or ENTER KEY...




After my paiement, I received a confirmation mail saying this :
"Click here to claim your FREE version of PokerTracker Holdem v2 and PokerAce Hud."




When I click on the link, it show me apage saying this :
"You are not eligible to request any more codes. All of your registration codes have been requested."


The thing is that I never asked for codes for the moment...

Can you help me please?

That's what I did, but no answers.... It's been 2 days now that I bought the softawre and I still can't use it.

I thought you didn't reply because the page "my tickets" was saying "waiting for support reply".
But effectively, when I click on the message I can see your answer.

I send you back a reply on the support system, because I have a problem with opening my PT2.


Hope you'll be as fast as just before.
