Question : Cash game database vs Tournaments

when i play cash games and build HUD stats on a player are those the same combined for tournaments as well. for instance. if i play 500 hands with a guy in cash games and 200 with him in tournaments.. if i play him in a tournament will it say 200 hands or 700.

in other words are they two seperate stats, cash game hud stats and mtt hud stats or all combined?
