pokerstars 3.50$ R 180 man turbos,how to import rebuys????

hello.i started playing those 180man turbos with rebuys in pokerstars and i notice pt3 is not importing the amount of rebuys and addons :cry:
as a result the total buy in and amount won is not correct anymore.is there a setting i have to make in pt3 so that rebuys and addons can be imported and counted in buyin?

What version of PT3 are you currently using?

We do the best we can to detect rebuys but it is not always possible.

Please attach some of the tournaments that are not detecting rebuys properly to a support ticket and we will investigate whether there is anything we can do in these instances.

it is a very favorite tournament the 3.50R 180 man in stars,nobody reported anything till now?sounds a bit strange :?

We should catch rebuys some - and rebuy detection in PT4 is considerably improved - but having more samples helps a lot especially in cases like this.

Can I add also that I am having a problem with results for the 3.50 rebuy? What do I do or how do I add these tournaments in a support query?
