Problems after i upgraded micro to full version

After i upgraded from micro version to full, my PT3 aint importing any hands at all? how come?

Please make certain you are running our latest beta version - 3.11.8 - available from our download page.

I just did, still dosnt import anyting??? AT ALL

Then please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link on your start menu, reproduce and report this problem and we'll investigate further for you.
