Is there a way to take a custom pop up group from one HUD and put it into a different HUD? Or some way I can copy and paste groups of stats between different HUDs?

Yes - you can export a Group from one Profile using the Export button below the list of groups in the HUD Profiles window. If you switch to anther Profile you can then Import the group in the same way.

Awesome thanks. So I'm working with a custom pop up group and for some reason there is a ton of blank black space at the bottom when I open it up on a table. Is there anyway to fix this?

Do you have multiple popups linked to the same group? The popup will take the size of the largest group.
