Thank you for your post. We are aware of these issues, we will fix these problems ASAP. Until we fix this bug, can view your Support Tickets here - http://www.pokertracker.com/contact/mytickets.php

Our immediate focus is on preparing for the Beta Preview which will be delivered to a few hundred lucky players in the next few days. In the meantime we appreciate your patience as we address these minor web site transition bugs.

I just had an issue where I was unable to login to the site (using Firefox). I was able to fix it by clearing all my cookies.

But I must say, the new look is very nice.

Thanks for the feedback - that link isn't working for me either but I'm sure our site administrator will get it sorted. If you notice anything else which isn't working correctly please let us know.

Thank you for being patient with us as we sort through the issues with our new site. We have a very feature rich website that was essentially redone from the ground up, and a whole lot of users, so problems are bound to appear.

Your tickets can now be found by clicking the "My Account" link on the navigation bar at the top of this page.

Last night it wouldn't let me log in until I deleted my cookies. When I tried to post a message about it, it told me that moderators had to approve my message before it could be posted. Pretty strange. Hopefully this one posts.

Either way, really like the new look.

Your post required a moderator's approval, we do not know why yet but we are looking into it - sorry about that!

I'm special that way

Actually had another in the main forum that did the same thing later. I did open a support ticket on it. But I have been able to post in the PT4 forum.
