How do I get Pokertracker to import hands for America's Cardroom on the Yatahay network? Under the Yatahay Network Configuration tab- Directory Configuration, it says 'Yatahay Network does not appear installed' and cannot import the hand histories.

Please read the Yatahay Configuration Guide in the Documentation. You will need to add the hand history folder manually, but once you have hands importing you do not need to worry about that message - it just means the folder wasn't detected automatically.

I did that and no hands imported.

I also tried to manually import the hands I have for the site and i got an error 'Unrecognized File format'

This site's hand history files are .phh or .dhh files, not .txt files like other sites are. Is there way to convert them?

That is the format the files are in, and that is what PT3 imports.

If you're not using v3.11.5 Beta please update.

If it still won't import in 3.11.5 then please check the FAQ: Importing to PT3 before you report your problem - your log files should let us see what is going on. Please compress and attach a few example hand history files which will not import too.
