if i have a main source of hand historys on a second datebase and i run software(note caddy 2) for creating notes will be available these notes when i will use first database???

If you're using that database in the HUD, then yes. You can see what databases you use in the HUD on the Configure --> Configure HUD --> Hud Options tab.

when is created two databases then have a saparete player list for each database or all players are together in a player list???

When a player has notes in two separate databases both notes are displayed in the HUD, if the HUD is set to display data from both databases.

In the Configure --> Configure Hud --> Hud Options tab you can set that up. All databases are listed on the left.

will hud work with same speed if it take data from two separate databases or faster or slower???

It shouldn't make any noticeable difference.
