Processed hand history files

I accidentally have my processed files pointed at my hand history files and now I have about 4k duplicate hands when auto importing. Is there a way to easily fix this and where should the processed files be moved to?

By default they are moved to 'C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Processed'

After done playing, I would go through and let the auto-import run and finish and let PT3 move all of the files to this new directory.

Does this mean the duplicates are not being included in the Postgrel database? That is, they get filtered out and aren't reflected in player stats?

That's correct - duplicate hands are not imported.
