What about Absolute Poker???

Postby DMesey » Fri Apr 18, 2008 12:26 am

I have been patiently waiting months for PT3 and finally you guys have an update. Then I check to see and am disappointed that after 4 months only a HUD is the new release. This is frustrating because PT2 is sooo outdated and I see a post that says the next 3 sites you are working on is iPoker, OnGame, and Everest. I dont even know anybody that plays on these sites. How is Absolute Poker not on your list of next 3 sites? So I am guessing it is going to be another 3 or 4 months before you get those 3 sites on PT3. Then I will have to wait another additional 3 months to get Absolute Poker if I am lucky. Sounds to me like it will be a miracle if I get PT3 for Absolute Poker by this time next year. I am really hoping that someone can fill me in on whats going on here and why it is taking months and months when Holdem Manager has been out there, and why no Absolute? Can you possibly give me a time frame so I have an idea if it is going to be worth the wait? thanks.

We are adding sites in the order of the size of the site.

http://www.pokerscout.com/

Absolute support should be added around the end of May - beginning of June.

We have not added more sites until now since our main concern has been stability and a solid foundation (see the competitors product if you want to see what its like if you do not develop like this). We should soon be able to add sites extremely quickly. A few days per site...

HM was in development for 14-15 months prior to release, not to mention it was in beta testing for at least 8-10 months of that development. PT3 has been in development for 7.5 months and in beta testing for 2.75 months. I would say that we are doing pretty good and will pretty soon pass HM in features and sites.

Best regards,

Derek
