Can you pay with another option? If so, please try that. If not, please create a support ticket and we will work with you to get everything resolved satisfactorily.

All done, i had exchange some paypal with my friend, and i had paid for PT 3 with moneybookers :D

Same Problem here. Yes, i could pay with a different option but i would like to pay by paypal.
