Tourney Function & SQL Statements

Postby Seitz333 » Tue Mar 18, 2008 10:57 pm

Two questions.

1. Approx when will the tourney function be working? Next beta?
2. In PT2 you could click on the top of a column you wanted to sort by and it would give you the SQL statement. Will you be able to do this in PT3? Mainly needed in the tourney window.

Thanks,

Chuck

I can answer part 2:

2. In PT2 you could click on the top of a column you wanted to sort by and it would give you the SQL statement. Will you be able to do this in PT3? Mainly needed in the tourney window.[/quoteogi]

[listogi]
[*ogi]Do this - open up the pokertracker.log text file in "C:\program files\pokertracker 3" (or wherever you installed PT3)[/*:mogi]
[*ogi]Scroll to the end[/*:mogi]
[*ogi]Refresh the tab you are wondering what the SQL is on[/*:mogi]
[*ogi]Reload the log file (hopefully your text editor does this for you - I use PSPad) - stuff newly added contains the SQL executed by PT3[/*:mogi][/list:uogi]

Alternatively, enable logging of sql "All" on your PostgreSQL server, restart it, then study the log files it generates whenever you run certain reports.

Enjoy :)

PT3 already has tourney support. Are you wondering about something more specific?

Josh, take a look at this post:

I'm still having the same problem.

We have not yet expanded upon this so nothing has changed...
