On the auto-import tab, there is an option to "Move processed files" - this will move any files that have been imported when you stop auto-importing so that next time you won't get duplicates.

Ok- I figured this out and fixed it. No more duplication problems.
The problem now is the auto-import is not working at all. I see under it you need to have autoimport ticked, but mine isn't. how can I fix this? I think it might be related to the fact that under the directory configuration tab it says "pokerstars is not configured to save HH's to disk" which it is, as I said before. Any ideas?

Also, I'd like to ask if the tournament histories are working properly, because it seemingly included some for me that didn't actually exist... and excluded ones that did (or so I think).

Congratulations on a great upgrade. I've been using it for a good while now. The HUD rocks. One problem that's come up: my mucked cards have completely disappeared. It's checked in the Hud Options tab. Not sure what happened. I didn't make any changes and the other day it just stopped appearing.

Is there any option of setting stats by colour of the percentages?

like 10%pfr = red, 5pfr = yellow ect

It's unlikely that I'll add this to PT3. Having the stats move seems to be the best solution. Having them shrink would make the stats too small to read. If you wish to have a smaller stat setup, then adjust the font sizes for the stats.

Highlight the site you want auto-importing and click on the "<Site> Configuration" tab to the right. Click the "Automatically Start With Auto-Import" option. That site will now start automatically when you launch auto import. You can also start sites manually by clicking the "Start Site Import" button after auto-import has begun.

Tournament histories should be importing fine for the most part. If it's not importing certain histories, please attach them to a support ticket.

Try re-installing PT3. No need to uninstall, just reinstall.

Maybe I'm blind - but I can't find the Hud options tab...I went to customize/configure stats and nothin. Also, I can't seem to figure out how to auto-rate the players. Can anyone help me?

Auto-rating is not yet implemented.
HUD options are on the Configure Layout window accessed from the PT button on a table (not the menu item Configure Stats - Josh, this could be a little confusing since the HUD layout window is also called "Configure Stats").
There should be tabs for Group, Stats, and Hud Options.
