filters: "cold called" vs. "call raise"

I don't think kraada is around today, and I'm not sure exactly how you'd write the PostgreSQL query, but the expression you need for cold call a 2-bet is:
holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_3bet_opp AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_ccall
i.e. You have an opportunity to 3bet (so face a 2bet) and cold called.

Similarly cold calling a 3bet is:
holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_3bet_def_opp AND NOT holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_3bet_opp AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_ccall

..and 4bet is:
holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_4bet_def_opp AND NOT holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_3bet_def_opp AND NOT holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_3bet_opp AND holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_ccall
